Up to a 50-Year Manufacturer's Siding Warranty We use LP® SmartSide® because it is specifically engineered to resist rot, decay, and termites. This proven material carries up to a 50-year prorated limited warranty directly from its manufacturer.
Up to a Lifetime Manufacturer's Roofing Warranty Your roof is the first line of defense. We use high-grade architectural shingles that carry up to a lifetime limited warranty against defects from their manufacturer.

Meticulous Craft: Our structures are crafted by hand in our Loganton workshop. We ensure every joint is sound and every material is secured properly.
Robust Framing: We utilize 2×4 wall studs placed 16ʺ on center—the standard for residential home construction—ensuring structural soundness and stability.
Superior Flooring: We use robust pressure-treated lumber for the base and 5/8ʺ or 3/4ʺ plywood for flooring. We never use particle board or OSB, which are prone to swelling and failure when exposed to moisture.
Direct Accountability: We are the manufacturer. We control every step of the process. The responsibility for the quality of our workmanship rests entirely with us.

Our warranty is a commitment to the quality of our craft and materials, but it requires your partnership to ensure the structure lasts a lifetime.
Please be aware of what is not covered:
The Importance of a Proper Foundation: A structure is only as good as its base. The warranty requires that your building rests on a properly prepared, level pad (crushed stone or concrete). Issues arising from an inadequate or shifting foundation are not covered.
Routine Maintenance: Proper upkeep, such as painting, ensuring the structure remains level, and keeping vegetation away from the building, is essential for its longevity and is the owner's responsibility.
Normal Wear and Tear: All outdoor products will show signs of aging. This includes expected cosmetic changes like the natural weathering of wood or the fading of paint.
Acts of God and Accidents: Damage caused by events beyond our control (such as tornadoes, flooding, fire, falling trees, or impact) is not covered by our warranty but is typically covered by homeowner’s insurance.
Unauthorized Modifications or Misuse: Alterations made to the structure after delivery or damage resulting from misuse can void the warranty.
Contents: We warranty the structure itself, not the contents stored within it.
Accountability, Not Administration
We are the manufacturer, selling directly to you. By removing the middleman, we eliminate confusion and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. If you ever have a concern, you will speak with our team in Pennsylvania.
How We Handle Concerns
The process is simple and direct:

Making It Right:
If the issue is a defect in our workmanship covered by our 5-Year Limited Warranty, we will repair the defect at no cost to you.
If the issue relates to a Manufacturer Warranty (such as siding or roofing), the claim is serviced directly by the manufacturer. We will provide you with the necessary documentation and information to help you file a claim with them.
