We don’t outsource the final step. Our professional, fully insured delivery team handles transportation and placement across the continental U.S.

Truck and Hydraulic Trailer: For sites with clear access, we use our standard transport system to gently place the structure.
The "Mule": For tight spaces or challenging terrain, we use a specialized motorized dolly. This allows us to unload the building on the street and carefully maneuver it to the pad with minimal impact on your property.
On-Site Assembly: Most structures are delivered whole. Larger buildings (e.g., double-wide garages) are delivered in sections and assembled on-site by our experienced crew.
